The MD2 Marquette University Golden Eagles hockey team had a fantastic game against the MD2 Saint Louis University Billikens on Saturday, September 30th. The Golden Eagles came out on top with a score of 6-1. The Golden Eagles had a total of 36 shots on goal, while the Billikens had 30 shots. Neither team was able to capitalize on their power play opportunities, as the Golden Eagles were 0/4 and the Billikens were 0/8.

The Golden Eagles were led by their goalie, Tucker Stepan, who had an impressive 30 saves on 30 shots. The Billikens goalie, Denisa Jandova, also had an impressive performance, making 30 saves on 36 shots.

Chase Breslin of the Golden Eagles had a great game, as he had two assists. Gus Heithaus of the Billikens was able to get one goal for his team.
