Last but not least, Oh Captain my Captain. We will be introducing none other than Mr. Mac Ryan. Current captain of the Marquette Hockey Team and Supreme Reader of the troops, But ultimately Mac is one of the most important people to have around. A guy like Mac is a silent glue guy. It takes a sec to gain his trust but he’s someone you can always rely on. He will always tell you the truth and always have your back. On top of being a great leader, he’s a great Dad! He loves financial statements, enjoys going online and listening to the live police radio whenever there’s a crime. After school Mac plans to work back home in St Louis but also loves to spend time at his cottage. He loves to travel, having been to Germany over winter break, he hopes to have a chance to make it to Turkey at some point as well. Although Mac will soon lose his car to his younger sister, Mac will have to fly his private jet on everyday occurrences #money. Mac we thank you for your service and for all the contributions you’ve made for the team. Best of luck in your future endeavors, and you will always have a part on this team. Thank you #12

Next we have a true Wisconsinite Tucker Stepan. Tucker has been apart of Marquette Hockey since his freshman year (2021-2022) and has been absolutely lockdown between the pipes. When it comes to being the most annoying Packers fan in the land, he takes the spot. How bout them bears Tuck. He enjoys fishing, wake surfing, snowmobiling, and is an unreal chef. You would think with the feet he has for hands he would burn the place down but he is the next Gordon Ramsey some have said (no one). Easily a funny guy to talk to and have the chance of meeting. He’s very competitive in anything he competes in, beer olympics, hockey, poker, fantasy football. When it comes to indoor dye, you could call Tucker and Berger the Shaq and Kobe of our time. Absolutely lights out from the two. Tucker is currently studying biomedical sciences and works hard on and off the ice. We thank you for everything Tucker, and acknowledge your hard working 4 years you spent with the program. We wish you nothing but the best on your future endeavors. Thank you, #33.

Next up we have a new addition to the team, Matt Sasaki. Matt recently joined the Marquette Hockey team this fall and has been a presence loved by all. He is conditioning’s worst nightmare. A man filled with grit and determination, Sasaki pushes him self to the limits. Throwing up almost every practice, taking pucks to the family jewels and putting up a goal in his first game, Matt has been an absolute joy to have on the squad and we are very lucky to have him for his final year at Marquette. In his free time, Matt hosts “Only Muck” a food review page, playing intramural sports, and hanging around with the guys. He’s always quick with a joke and always there if you need help. Although his brother tried to kill our supreme leader Mac, we still love you Matt, and thank you for the countless contributions you have made for this team. Matt is currently studying Supply Chain and Marketing with a Minor in Prof Sales and will graduate this spring. What a work horse. Thank you again #23, and we wish you nothing but the best.
