Our Mission

Develop. Compete. Represent.

The Marquette University Men's Hockey Program exists to develop driven student-athletes who compete with pride, discipline, toughness, and integrity both on and off the ice. As a proud member of the American Collegiate Hockey Association Division II and the Northern Collegiate Hockey League, our mission is to uphold the rich tradition of Marquette hockey while building a championship culture that reflects the values of our university and community.

Built on decades of history, pride, and brotherhood, Marquette Hockey represents more than wins and losses. We are committed to honoring the players, coaches, and alumni who helped establish the foundation of this program, while continuing to raise the standard for future generations. Every player who wears the Marquette sweater is expected to compete relentlessly, lead selflessly, and represent the university with class and accountability.

Can't make it to the rink? Home games are streamed live via the LiveBarn camera installed at The Ponds. See the Streaming row below for the link.

The Halloween Game

Each fall, Marquette Hockey hosts its annual Halloween game. The tradition has filled The Ponds with one of the loudest crowds of the season for decades. Students, alumni, and longtime fans return in costume to back the Golden Eagles, and over the years the night has become a fixture of Marquette hockey culture.

Admission is $10, the only home game on the schedule that isn't free. A chartered bus runs from campus and picks up at Annex, so the student section rolls in together.
